Lowe’s new CEO earned half of 2018 compensation in stock awards
Marvin Ellison, the relatively new chief executive of Lowe’s Cos. Inc. (NYSE: LOW), earned more than half of his compensation for 2018 in stock awards, according to a Thursday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Honeywell, International Paper commit to $16.2M cleanup of contaminated site in NC
Honeywell International Inc. and International Paper Co. have signed a consent decree with federal regulators to clean up mercury, PCBs and other contaminants from an EPA Superfund site in North Carolina.
